Q: Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
A: Big E Auto Rebuild provides a written lifetime warranty on all repair work. Should a problem appear after you've had the vehicle back for awhile, just call us and we will take care of it.
Q: How long will repairs to my vehicle take?
A: When you bring your vehicle in for a free estimate, your advisor will also be able to give you an estimate of how long it will take. This could change if hidden damage is found later. Your advisor will keep you informed of any changes.
Q: Can you match the paint color accurately?
A: Our technicians are trained to use a special color system, developed by BASF in Europe, to match the color of any vehicle. In fact, Big E Auto Rebuild is one of only a few shops in the Pacific Northwest certified by BASF. Your vehicle will look like the damage was never there.
Q: Can I chose where to have my car repaired, or does the insurance company decide?
A: It's your choice. The Washington State Insurance Commission provides consumer rights that allow you to choose which repair shop you want to use. Click here to read more about working with insurance companies.
Q: Do you provide rental cars?
A: No, but we are happy to set up a car rental for you.
