The estimator at Big E Auto Rebuild will inspect the vehicle to determine the initial repair cost. In addition, there may be hidden damage that appears during the tear down process.

2. INSURANCE APPROVAL

Before repair can begin, Big E Auto Rebuild must submit a report to your insurance company, who will issue payment for the repair.

3. TEAR DOWN

Some disassembly may be required or requested by your insurance company to properly assess the damage.

4. PARTS ORDERED

Availability of parts for your vehicle is checked and they are ordered. If there will be a delay, you will be notified.

5. STRUCTURAL REPAIR

Big E Auto Rebuild has state-of-the-art equipment to return your vehicle to factor specifications, whether you have a unibody or full frame vehicle.

6. BODY REPAIR

Body panels are replaced or repaired as needed. Surfaces are aligned and prepared for final painting.

7. PAINT SHOP

8. REASSEMBLY
